Metallica shared a trailer for their upcoming movie, Through the Never, at Comic-Con. The film will tell the story of a fictional delivery boy who works for the band. He's sent on a mission and gets caught in a battle between police and rioters.
The story plays out during the band's concert.
Frontman James Hetfield explains the movie to Rolling Stone at Comic-Con, "The film itself is multilayered. It’s not blatant. It doesn’t tell you what it’s supposed to be. Hopefully you can see it more than once and see something different every time. And not just a week later, but a couple years later."
