Baylor's Isaiah Austin has had a dream his entire life, to play in the NBA. He was all set to be drafted this year until a few days ago when it was discovered he had MARFAN Syndrome, a connective tissue disease that also causes an enlarged aorta.

Having this condition could have been deadly had he attempted a pro basketball career. Last night at the draft, NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver let Austin have part of his dream by hearing his name called, although he will never wear an NBA uniform.

A very touching moment and as so many tweeted last night, "So much bigger than basketball"!
