We've all seen a baseball game on TV when they show a shot of the crowd and something weird happens. Most of the time when people KNOW they are on TV they might down their beer, or make weird face. This guy has NO IDEA that he is on TV and so it wasn't his intent to broadcast the grabbing of his lady's chest, but it happened none the less! The announcers (who are true pros and have been doing this for years) can not contain themselves and have to mute their mics. Even when the game continues, they TRY THEIR best to come back to broadcasting, but that infectious laughter keeps happening.
