Have you ever had the experience of trying to cancel your cable subscription? It could be one of the most mind numbing things that a person is subjected to. Cable customers know all too well the goal of the person on the other end of the line is to get you to NOT cancel. They will go through just about anything to make sure you are still paying. SNL had a great sketch this past weekend with guest host Kieran Culkin. It was funny, and then at the same time it was a little too real for those of us who have been through the sometimes HOURS long process of trying to cancel cable!
