A huge loss for the DMV- longtime NBC Washington anchor, Wendy Rieger, has passed at 65
Earlier this week we learned that she had entered hospice care surrounded by her closest loved ones. Today, we received the heartbreaking update that she has passed.
Wendy was a friendly face on NBC4 for over two and a half decades when she retired last year, and shared that she had been diagnosed with glioblastoma.
