The owners of this puppy were lucky enough to catch an early howl from the mighty little girl. Her name is Elsa and she is a mix of Havanese-cotton, and Bichon Frisé-toy poodle. We had no idea a puppy like this could let a mighty howl rip like that. It could make Tuesday (Chelsea's least favorite day of the week) a little bit better.
