S.C. bill would make saggy pants illegal.

A new bill in South Carolina could make it illegal to wear saggy jeans.  In short, if your pants hang below your hip bone they're considered "saggy."  If passed you would receive a $25 fine on first offense and community service after several offenses.

I like the quote "I don't want to see anyone's underwear either, but it seems like there's more important things that lawmakers should be worried about.
