Saturday may be alright for fighting but it's apparently not alright to touch Sir Elton John. He stormed off stage after he was furious that fans got too handsy during the segment of his show where he invites the audience onstage to gather around his piano during "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting." It was all caught on video obtained by TMZ.
During his performance in Vegas on Thursday night (March 1st), Elton was clearly fuming when a couple fans got too close for comfort. He let them know they were invading his personal bubble with some off-mic expletives but they didn't take his warning seriously. He got fed up and stormed off the stage. He finally returned and gave the audience a stern reprimand that the fan interaction was over: "you f***ed it up," before performing "Circle Of Life."
Elton was knocked off his game during a previous Vegas show when someone threw Mardi Gras beads that hit him in the mouth, leaving the music legend stunned and speechless.
