Her secret: working out for an hour and a half every single day. She says she doesn't do a lot of cardio at all but simply focuses on weight training. She said she's also really focused on how to re-train herself to eat healthier and for her that meant cutting out a lot of sugar since her favorite indulgence is Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
