We have tot tell you that we loved aged steaks. If you've never tried aged steaks, then you NEED to go to a good butcher and ask for one. This is a whole other level of aged steak, however. What goes better with aged beef than whiskey? This is Nick Solares and Kat Odell at The Beatrice Inn, a chophouse in New York’s West Village. The pair sample some of chef Angie Mar’s 160 day-old steak that has been aged in Jack Daniel’s whiskey. Sounds good doesn't it? The only down side to this is that you're not going to get hammered by this steak alone. Basically with the whiskey aged steak you get all of the flavor but none of the bite of the booze.
