Teacher Cuts A Students Hair While Singing National Anthem

We have a tons of respect for teachers. They do a tough job and don't get paid a ton of money to do it.  We also know that kids can really get on your nerves.  We've all had teachers who may or may not be at their wits end.  This one is a little different as a teacher had some sort of mental break down and began cutting a student's hair with scissors while loudly singing our National Anthem. This teacher has been suspended and will not be in the classroom.
