We thought we had reached peak oddball when we saw the KFC Colonel with really long arms. Or when he was Jim Gaffigan, or Norm MacDonald. But that all pales in comparison to what KFC has cooked up (pun intended) for Mother's Day. If you haven't seen the new Colonel then you need to take a seat and check this out. Is it hot?
