Can't Tell Who Is Higher, The Lady Or This Cat In A Tie

Tis the season for cat videos. Okay, we know that there is not an OFF SEASON for cat videos, but this one caught our eye for a couple of different reasons. First off is the cat. Man, this cat LOVES his tie. So much that he actually pets the tie when his owner talks to the cat about it. Then there is the owner herself. She seems to be pretty dang high. How can we tell? It could the the voice. It could be the laugh when she's talking to the cat. Or it could be the fact that she put a tie on a cat and shot video of the cat in a tie, put it on the internet and now has gone viral. We take that back, maybe WE are the ones that are high.
