Video Makes It Seem like Every Teen In The 80's Looked Like They Were 35

Not sure what is going on, but this video has us reeling. When we look at teenagers today, they seem to be just that, teens. But this video that pans around a classroom in the 1980's seems a bit different. This video shows teens, but to us it looks like all of them could be 35. What is the difference between teens today, and teens of the 1980's? It can't be maturity (Woody and Wilcox were teens in the 80's and they are FAR from mature). Is it the hair? Is it the clothes? Is it that we just hit a random classroom where EVERYONE looks to be in their mid 30's? We may never know.
