This is an incredible look at how a police officer in Florida stopped a runaway boat that was speeding at over 40 miles per hour. Apparently the boat's driver floored it and fell overboard (he was rescued by someone who saw it happen). The problem was the boat was just driving itself and posing a huge danger to anyone around it. They had tried multiple times to foul the prop and get the speeding boat to stop. When that didn't work, one of the officers decided to tried to board the vessel and stop it that way. Check it out:
