Big shout out and thank you to whoever sent us this old clip from the NHL. It reminds us of the big shots the guys would take in the NHL back in the day. This clip is funny, not because of cheap shot that Messier took on Modano. This clip is funny because it feels like something you would see in the WWE and not in the NHL. Stick around until about the 1:19 mark of the video, when you see Modano, who is on a stretcher, as they try to load him into the ambulance to go to the hospital. Incredible they were able to capture what happened on T.V. The announcers are pretty shocked at what happens as well. Check it out:
