We can't believe we missed it, but yesterday was National Ice Cream Day! If you are one of the lucky ones who remembered and you got a cone, you probably wolfed it down without considering whether your technique was proper etiquette. Well a VERY English woman on TikTok did a demonstration of the "formal British dining etiquette" for eating an ice cream cone. We didn't even know that was a thing. The key is using your tongue to manipulate and lick, and avoiding slurping or gulping. The biggest no-no is: "Never BITE the ice cream." Check it out:
