These employees at a Champs store at Sunvalley Mall in Concord, Calif. showed a small act of kindness can really mean a big difference.
According to the employees, this teen would come in and try on the same pair of shoes frequently, but never able to buy them.
So, they came together and all pooled their money to not only get him the shoes, but socks, a hoodie and other goodies.
