According to the uploader, the Mini Cooper cut off the semi after jumping around double yellow lines and starts to brake check the driver.
He eventually slowed down to a stop and given that semi trucks don't have an immediate stopping ability, he rear ends the Cooper driver.
The Mini Cooper driver was issued a citation and had his license suspended for 11 months.
