Either the McDonald's Twitter account was hacked or a social media manager's last day just ended in a bang.
Early on Thursday, March 16, a tweet showed up on the McDonald's Twitter account that said "@realDonaldTrump You are actually a disgusting excuse of a President and we would love to have @BarackObama back, also you have tiny hands."
Of course, it was deleted, but not before screenshots were taken and shared all over the Internet.
McDonald's posted a few hours later that their account was compromised, which they were notified about from Twitter, and have secured the account.
Some people praised the tweet.
Others vowed to eat at McDonald's today.
Others believe it was the social media manager's last day.
Some called for a boycott of McDonald's.
