Road rage cost a man 15 years in prison for intentionally running a motorcyclist off the road. Video from a GoPro shows Crum, in a white vehicle, crossing over the double yellow line when a motorcyclist tried to pass him on a highway.
When the man was approached by a friend of the victim, he said he didn't care he caused the man to wipe out. Crum told the jury he was bitten by a spider, which caused him to swerve.
Crum was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury. The motorcyclist was given a ticket for crossing over the double yellow lines, but it was dismissed because Crum was going below the posted minimum speed limit.
Crum has been in jail since Oct. 19, 2015.
