Ways to Donate, Volunteer and Help Hurricane Harvey Victims

Hurricane Harvey has devastated much of Southeast Texas and millions of people have been uprooted from their homes and families in the wake.

Many different organizations are helping aide those affected by the hurricane, so here are several ways to help.

Red Cross:

The Red Cross is accepting donations to help aide their rescue shelters in Texas. Red Cross offers shelters, food, safety, medical and clothing to those who need it.

The Animal Rescue Team is on the ground in Texas, helping animals and the people who care about them and working to deal with the catastrophic floods hitting so many communities. They are working with local officials on animal transport and rescue, and have started moving animals days before Hurricane Harvey made landfall. At this moment, they are working from Corpus Christi to Texas City to San Antonio.
