Following in the footsteps of Celine Dion, Elton John, the Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears, Blink-182 have announced a Las Vegas residency that will kick off May 26.
The 16-night run will take place at the Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms Casino Resort. It'll be called "Kings of the Weekend."
The band released a statement expressing their excitement. "When the Palms asked us to do a residency here in Vegas, we said 'Absolutely!'" Mark Hoppus said. "Now, we just have to cast our showgirls, create our set list — a true throwback of Vegas classics with Sinatra, Liberace. Maybe we can even marry someone onstage. The possibilities in Vegas are endless."
The residency show dates are:
May 26 and 27
June 8 and 9
June 15 and 16
June 23 and 24
October 26 and 27
November 2 and 3
November 9 and 10
