This is a widely debated subject. Mayo or no mayo? I have to believe the country is 50/50 on it. Weird that in my house, my wife HATES mayonnaise, yet LOVES chicken salad. WTF do you think chicken salad is made of?! She says "it's a texture thing." I still don;t get it. You either like the taste of it or you don't. At least in my mind.
Heinz is asking America now what they think of "Mayochup?" It's a mix of mayo and ketchup (if you didn't pick tht up.) Personally a fried chicken sandwich does not have mayo and ketchup on it I view it as incomplete. Smoe may argue that a TRUE chicken sandwich must have lettuce and mayo on it. OK, I'll give you that. Add ketchup though and that sandwich get elevated to another level.
