As teachers plan to rally in Raleigh for the "March For Students & Rally For Respect" movement, Charlotte area schools are cancelling classes for next Wednesday.
As North Carolina ranks 37th in our country for teacher wages, education professionals will unite in Raleigh next week to protest fair pay.
Cabarrus & Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools have already cancelled classes next Wednesday & will not be requiring students to make up the day.
