Johnathan Joseph played his college football at the University of South Carolina. After being drafted in the 1st round of the NFL Draft in 2006, he's still in the league and still making $$$! He just signed a new 2 year deal with the Houston Texans worth $10 Million dollars. Since signing the deal, he moved his family to Houston.
According to Mecklenburg County Records, the 15,454 sq. ft. house was sold for $3.25 Million. It was only 75% profit from the $1.83 Mil he paid for it in 2014. Not a bad little investment.
