JULIUS PEPPERS HURRICANE RELIEF FUND

Julius Peppers of the Carolina Panthers has announced a $100,000 gift to support the relief and recovery efforts of Hurricane Florence. A native North Carolinian, Peppers played football and basketball at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently plays for the Carolina Panthers.

Peppers has partnered with Foundation For The Carolinas to establish the Julius Peppers Hurricane Relief Fund. He hopes his gift will encourage fans, teammates and the community to join him in supporting those in need across the Carolinas. Funds will be directed to nonprofit recipients of grants from Foundation For The Carolinas’ Hurricane Florence Response Fund, which is providing relief to victims of the storm.
