The Moo & Brew Craft Beer and Burger Festival takes place on the grounds of the Avidxchange Music Factory. Moo & Brew will offer samplings from 50+ breweries, as well as tastes from local restaurants vying for the titleof Moo & Brew Fest’s “Best Burger.”

Festival founder Ken Thomas is excited that the festival has continued to grow in popularity each year and has now become a Queen City staple to help celebrate the start of summer time in Charlotte. “It’s awesome to see the growth of this festival over the past 5 years. The recipe is simple and I think that resonates with the people of Charlotte. A day filled with great craft beer, burgers and live music is always a good time”, notes Thomas.

There will be a VIP session (12:30 p.m.-2 p.m.) that will feature special releases and beers from each brewery,with a General Admission open tasting session to follow (2 p.m.-6 p.m.).

“It's great to welcome Oskar Blues back as our main beer partner,” says Thomas. “With the growth and popularity of beer festivals in Charlotte, it is our job to make sure Moo & Brew Fest lives up to the expectations of the true craft beer fan, by featuring the best local and regional craft beer as well as bringing awesome rare offerings from across the country. Oskar Blues always does a great job activating at the festival and we look forward to what they have in store for this year.”

As always, the festival will also feature some fantastic local, regional and national bands to keep music fan’s toe stappin’ while they enjoy their burgers and brews. While Moo & Brew celebrates beer, food, and music, the festival also raises funds for Second Harvest Food Bank. Proceeds will be given directly to these organizations. Moo & Brew was able to raise over $40,000.00 with previous festivals and will continue to work with Charlotte charities to help them help others in our great city.“Early Bird” tickets will be available starting Wednesday, January 9 for just $35 for GA and $50 for VIP via mooandbrewfest.com; all updates, brewery and ticket announcements will be posted across our Facebook,Twitter and Instagram (@mooandbrewfest) channels.
