As we gear up for another school year, teachers all across this country are preparing their classrooms with the essentials students need for a successful school year. Many teachers are responsible for purchasing school supplies, books and classroom essentials right out of their own pocket.
That's where #ClearTheList comes in. It's gone viral on Twitter and now it's happening right here in the Carolinas with #ClearTheListNC. Teachers are creating Amazon wish lists and then sharing them on social media in hopes that family, friends and strangers will purchase an item for their classroom, helping them to clear the list.
