Mark Eason has more than 40 years of experience in the casual dining restaurant industry. The onset of Eason’s career began at Brinker International, where he spent seven years in the Steak & Ale concept, working his way from Assistant Manager to Area Supervisor. In 1989, he began a ten-year run at Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon Inc., a publicly held company, where he worked as General Manager, District Manager and Regional Vice President. In 1999, Eason worked for five years at New England-based restaurant chain Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzeria as Reginal Vice President and Vice President of Operations. In 2004, he joined Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, where he has served as Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mark has three children; Aubrey, Logan, and Keller and one grandchild; Jolene. Hobbies include golf and landscaping.
