Apparently every day is a reason to celebrate something ridiculous but I am totally on board with NATIONAL MAC AND CHEESE DAY. Technically, today is the day to celebrate but really, who needs an excuse? My grown up version is made with Gouda and bacon and lobster but I can still dig into that sweet, processed Kraft version straight out of the pan. A few months ago, my son decided that mac and cheese was no longer one of his five go-to foods so I'm questioning whether some switched-at-birth drama happened behind the scenes at the hospital.
