My allergies can be awful and not just seasonally. You've heard me on the air, congested, sniffly and sneezing. It's not a good time. So Spring is not my favorite time of the year, especially living in the South. Heat, humidity, pollen, insects...and we're just getting started. Now, every year we say that this is the worst year ever. But now, there's proof that it IS the worst year ever for allergies! That may be relative, but it's BAD out there this Spring. So bad that the North Carolina pollen epidemic has made national news. Check out these pictures of what people are calling a "pollen haze" over North Carolina. So, good luck to you this season. I may be wearing goggles and a gas mask until June.
