South Carolina Restaurants Can Reopen Today

Restaurants are allowed to reopen today for dine in service in South Carolina. There are restrictions, of course, to maintain health and cleanliness standards in this new Coronavirus world. Restaurants can only operate at up to 50% of capacity, for now. Social distancing requirements must also be enforced, which means layouts have had to be reconfigured. No parties larger than 8 and tables must be separated to allow for the distancing. Patio dining was allowed to resume last week with the same social distance requirements. Although restaurants are allowed to reopen, some are opting to wait. Napa in Fort Mill, SC announced that they will suspend all orders until 4 pm Wednesday. At that time, the restaurant (indoor and patio) will reopen with regular hours. Governor McMaster is expected to speak again today on loosening other business restrictions in South Carolina.
