Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food chain. That barbacoa, hot salsa, and quac have been my weekly (at least) jam for more than a decade. But remember a couple of years ago when they announced they were going to roll out their own queso? We all expected it to be so superior we'd drink it by the vat. What we got was a bland, powder water.
It seems Chipotle knows we were all super disappointed, so they are trying to win us back with this new queso blanco. Oh! It's a new recipe that includes peppers and Monterey Jack and it's only in select stores for now.

- Mild Salsa
- Extra Hot Salsa
- Lettuce

- Sour Cream
- Side of Chips with Guac and Extra Side of Hot Salsa
