It seems like her yet-to-be-confirmed baby daddy is Alev Aydin because she not only tagged him in the picture over her belly but he then commented on her IG post saying, "Heart to full, I love you, sweetness."
She wrote back, "I love you!!!!! And I love this mini human already!"
According to Vanity Fair, Halsey had previously shared her struggles with endometriosis and even suffering a miscarriage.
