so...THERE's the beef!

Another 5.1M pounds of beef recalled

An Arizona-based meat producer has vastly expanded its recent recall, confirming another 5.1 million pounds of raw beef products may be tainted with salmonella after previously reporting 6.5 million pounds were impacted. JBS Tolleson said the recalled beef was produced between July 26 and September 7, distributed nationally and marketed under a variety of brand names such as Kroger, Cedar River Farms, Grass Run Farms and JBS generic. As of November 15, the outbreak has left 246 people sick in 25 states, and 56 people have so far been hospitalized.
