Unlikely winner of NBA finals......

The Golden State Warriors have won the NBA Championship in 3 of the past 4 years. In fact, in those four years they are 15 and 7 in the finals. Cleveland beat them 3 years ago 4-3 but have fallen 4-1, and 4-0 the past two years.

They played most of the year on auto-pilot and still won almost 70% of their games (69.5%).

Las Vegas has made them the odds-on favorite to run over the Trail Blazers and face with Milwaukee or Toronto in the finals.

Yes, that's right the other 3 teams left are Milwaukee, Toronto and Portland. Heck it was almost Philadelphia.

Interesting note: Should the all-star team from Oakland advance to the finals - they will NOT have home court advantage. Both the Bucks and Raptors had better regular season records.

Perhaps, Steve Kerr should have had his team win another game or two before taking a nap.

Anyway here are the odds:

Warriors 5/8

Bucks 9/4

Raptors 8/1

Portland 13/1

Durant is hurting and Portland has been playing lights out - but I think the party is over for them. Warriors go to finals.

Raptors are spent from their series with the Sixers and won't be able to recover quick enough. Milwaukee will face Oakland in the finals.

I think the magic in the Bay area runs out. Milwaukee is hungry - Warriors not so much. Milwaukee in 5.
