Thank GOD for cell phones with cameras in them. How else would we be able to enjoy what Woody saw while driving this weekend. At first he wasn't sure HOW this got through the screeners at the DMV, but then upon closer inspection it turns out the plate doesn't mean what he THOUGHT it meant all along.
