Baseball Announcer Calls The Home Run Before It Happens


Baseball announcers can get a little long winded sometimes trying to fill the space between pitches.  We love it when they get a little off topic, or when they start to make predictions about the player currently at bat.  That's what happened here!  Cubs' player Kris Bryant had not hit a home run since JULY!  The Cubs announcer Jim Deshaies must have known that Bryant was due.  This happened during the eighth inning of last night's game against the Diamondbacks, Deshaies called that Bryant would hit a home run during the at-bat. AND IT HAPPENED! Not only did it happen, it happened on the very next pitch because Deshaies can predict the future apparently.  Check it out:
