We like to think of Florid as the birthplace of all things goofy and weird. That's why we play our game of It Happened In Florida. This property boundary dispute is part of what makes us keep shining a light on Florida. You see, one man built his garage, and pool over the property line into the next lot. Well, the house was foreclosed, and realtors wouldn't touch the listing because of the issues with stuff being over the line. It sold recently at auction, and so did the lot next door (the one with a partial pool and a partial garage). What happened next? The Lot owner PUT A FENCE THROUGH THE POOL on the boundary line with a NO TRESPASSING sign. Keep being you Florida Man...we can not get enough!
