Cubs Player Fouls Ball Into The Stands And Hurts A Little Girl

We usually don't see professional athletes like this. Sure you may see one of them crying because the won the game, or the championship, but this is different. Cubs outfielder Albert Almora Jr. hit a line drive into the field-level stands down the third base line, where it hit the girl. You can see in the video he immediately put his hands on his head and took a couple of steps toward the seats. It took several minutes for Almora to compose himself and continue the at-bat. Players from both teams appeared shaken up by the scene. This is the interview after the game and the emotions of this player are still very real and very raw.
