The Launch Of The USS Cleveland Did Not Go As Planned

Things are not right in Cleveland, we don't care what Drew Carey says! Ok not actually Cleveland, but the future Navy ship the USS Cleveland had some problems. The U.S. Navy's newest Freedom-variant Littoral Combat Ship, the future USS Cleveland (LCS 31), was launched and christened during a ceremony this past weekend in Wisconsin. The problem came when the USS Cleveland was launched and the tug boat there to wrangle it was still a little too close. As the giant Navy ship slid down into the water it smashed the rear of the tug boat covering the tug with a huge spray of water. Luckily there were tons of cameras shooting video of the launch so we get to see the accident from lots of different angles!
