There is very little debate when it comes to the toughness of hockey players, but what you may not know is that there is also very little debate when it comes to the toughness of hockey announcers. That toughness was on display during a recent Buffalo Sabres game. Sabres announcer Rob Ray is the guy down in the little area between the benches and he took a puck to the face, right between the eyes. Did it stop him from continuing the broadcast? Heck no, it did not. Did he need stiches to close the wound? YES HE DID. That is toughness. Check it out:
