If you were planning on having a gender reveal party, here is a bit of advice: DON'T. Thankfully this gender reveal doesn't start a wildfire, or kill someone, or maim someone like other gender reveal parties have done. A couple in Hawaii did a gender reveal party where they dropped a barbell on packets that would explode with either blue or pink powder. A guest sitting front and center found out they're having a boy when it blasted her directly in the face. This is another reason to just have a party and tell people what you're having. Or don't. People really don't care that much, and they don't want to get hurt.
